Commissions Process
Please fill out the commissions form below. I will contact you in a timely manner so that we can work together to create your ideal artwork. Not sure what information to include in the form? Please include the following:
Size
Please choose a size option below (small, medium or large painting). If you know the exact dimensions you'd like, include them in the additional details. Custom sizes can be done on hardboard panel only.
Material
I work with acrylic, gouache and digital mediums. I can paint on hard board panels, canvas and artist grade paper. Prices will reflect material cost. Digital art is provided through a high resolution file and/or fine art print.
Photo references
In order to make sure your art turns out exactly like what you are picturing, please include one or more reference photos in the additional details form. You can also email them separately to contact.k.ayleysart@gmail.com.
Deadline
If you are working on a time constraint, please list the date your art piece is needed by in the additional details so that I can determine if I am able to fulfill your commission successfully. *Please note that there may be an additional charge for urgent commissions*

FAQ
- How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on size and complexity of the reference. I charge an hourly rate, plus the cost of materials used for the piece.
I require a 50% deposit before beginning your commissioned artwork.
- What happens during the commission process?
The painting will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete, plus shipping time.
You will recieve an update when your project is approximately halfway complete.
- How much is shipping?
Local pickup (Medicine Hat and area) is free.
Shipping costs vary and are based on the painting's dimension and shipping destination.
The cost of shipping is not included in the art pricing and is the responsibility of the client to cover.
